The short version
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Clearance pricing does not change this.
What can be returned
Any item that is unused, undamaged, and complete with its original packaging, tags and accessories. Equipment that has been used on snow, ice or pavement cannot be returned, because we cannot sell it as new to somebody else.
How to start a return
Write to support@sportfinalsale.com with your order number and which item you want to send back. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
Who pays the return carriage

Refunds
Once the item arrives and has been checked, the refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually within a few business days.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time and we will put it right at our expense. This is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, which continues to apply for the length the brand states.
