Who you are buying from
SportFinalSale, an online shop based in Boisbriand, Canada, selling to Canadian addresses only.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout according to your province. Clearance stock is finite: an item can sell out between you adding it to your basket and paying. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full.
Mistakes
If a price or a description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it. We will always tell you why.
Your order
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Until then, adding items to a basket reserves nothing.
Returns and warranty
See Returns and refunds and Warranty. Nothing on this site removes the rights you have under Quebec and Canadian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada. [[REVIEW: have this page read by whoever handles your legal paperwork before you open the shop.]]
